Returns & refunds

We want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn’t quite right, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as it’s unused and in its original condition. If your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll make it right. Refunds are processed once we’ve received and checked the returned item. Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
